Reformer
Spring-based resistance for strength, control and length. The core of what we teach.
Reformer classes capped at four people, in a calm boutique studio in Akshayanagar, Bengaluru. Every session guided, every client noticed.
DAi LY is not a crowded class. It is a quiet studio where four people move, one instructor notices everything, and every client feels seen, guided and cared for.

Most of us spend our days at a desk. DAi LY is built to undo that, with mindful movement, strength and mobility in a space where you are guided, not lost in a crowd.
If you live or work near Akshayanagar and want to make mindful movement part of your routine, DAi LY is designed for you.
Long hours at a screen leave you stiff and tired. Mindful movement resets your posture and your day.
Never touched a Reformer? Good. Classes are all levels and small enough for real, hands-on guidance.
Want a leaner, stronger body without the noise of a big gym? Controlled, full-body work gets you there.
Pick a time on the live timetable. The launch trial is ₹999, for a limited period only.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early, tell your instructor about any injuries, and settle in.
From your first class to a routine you love, find the membership that fits your goals, schedule, and lifestyle.
All classes suit all levels. Your instructor adapts each movement to you.

Yes. Every class is for all levels and runs with no more than four people, so your instructor can guide you through each movement.
You don't need to be. Pilates builds both. Exercises are adjusted to where you are today.
It looks more complicated than it is. You'll be shown how to set up and use the equipment before you begin.
That's what small classes are for. You'll get hands-on corrections and clear cues throughout.
Consistency matters most. Clients who come regularly build strength, posture and mobility. Start with a trial and feel the difference.
You're paying for personal coaching in a class of four, not a crowded room. Launch pricing makes it easier to begin.
Natural textures, soft light and room to breathe.

Launch trial ₹999. Small classes. All levels.
